Bringing Home an Older Child Through Adoption

  1. Excellent articles!
I am very interested in adopting an older child. Can you refer me to an organization which fees are not that expensive? I feel I have so much love to give, I want to be a mother and pass to someone all I have learned in life in addition to make him/her secured, loved, wanted, supported.
There is so much info out there that it is hard to know where to start.
    Thanks for any guidance!

    1. Hi, Veronica,
If you are interested in adopting an older child, foster care adoption is a great option. There are many children in need of loving, permanent homes, and this type of adoption can cost little to nothing for adoptive parents! You can learn more about this process here. AdoptUSKids is also a great resource for hopeful parents considering foster care adoption. You can find information, organizations and resources specific to your state on their site here.
We hope this helps, and best of luck on your adoption journey!
